Will my child be photographed if I don't register/pay the deposit?

No, the service is only for children who have pre-paid the $25 deposit, this fee is only refundable if your child is absent on photo day and cannot make it in on another day.

Do I have to submit a registration for each child if I have more than one child attending the centre?

Yes, each child attending the centre needs to be pre-registered and each will receive their own gallery. If you select to have sibling photos, these will be placed in the youngest child's gallery.

Can I bring along a sibling that does not attend the daycare?

Yes absolutely ! I love capturing the interactions and love between siblings. If your siblings are both/all enrolled at the centre - we photograph them at some point during the morning that you have selected for photos. SIBLINGS (both/all enrolled at the centre) PHOTOS ARE TAKEN ON THE YOUNGEST CHILDS SCHEDULED PHOTO DAY. ​If you have older siblings ie school age - NOT at the centre it’s best to come before 8.30am and I will fit them in nice and early (please contact Elise to book this in).

PLEASE NOTE: We do not photograph siblings NOT enrolled at the centre that are YOUNGER than school age due to time constraints and other factors. Please arrange a family session on a weekend for this service. Our priority is to capture children registered at the centre plus possibly older school age children for a sibling photo only.

When do we pay?

A deposit is made at time of registration this is then given as credit to spend via the online gallery.

PHOTO PACKAGES are chosen AFTER you view your child's photo gallery. You are not required to select a photo package before you see your child's photos - all that is required is the deposit fee. You will have a lovely selection of photos and packages to choose from. Packages START from $35. NOTE there are no refunds of your deposit fee unless your child is absent for photo day and we cannot photograph them on another day we are at the centre.

Do you take A class photo?

Absolutely, class photos will be included in your child's gallery to select from. Some centres do request a centre wide photo instead of individual class photos.

When is the cut off date for orders and what happens if I miss the cut off date?

The ordering cut off date is communicated via your gallery link email with details to view, several reminder emails are also sent out via email and SMS.There is usually a 2 WEEK ordering period after the galleries open so please ensure you place your order by the due date. There will be ONE complementary order delivery to your centre.

A postage/late fee of $16.50 applies for print orders placed after the due date - please ensure you do order by this date in order to avoid this fee. Your prints are then sent to your home address.

When do we get the photos?

Please allow 3-4 weeks AFTER order cut off, for print orders to be delivered to your centre. Digital orders are instant download as soon as payment is received.
